The Foundation's Medical Grants Advisory Committee's (MGAC) members are leading specialists in the field of malignant disease. Chairman of the Advisory Committee is Professor Martin Tattersall AO, Professor of Cancer Medicine at University of Sydney. The MGAC are entirely independent, and select funding purely on the basis of excellence. In May 2011, after 25 years of service, Martin will be stepping down as Chair of the MGAC to be replaced by the highly esteemed Professor Roger Reddel.
