World’s Best BYO 2015

Cure Cancer Australia’s World’s Best BYO (WBBYO) event is a highlight on the Australian wine, gastronome and social charity calendar, and takes place in June each year. The 2014 event was again an extraordinary dining experience of exquisite food and wine and a wonderful fundraising success, raising $153,000 to support young Australian Cancer Researchers.

Thanks to Quay, Australia’s most awarded restaurant and Peter Gilmore, award wining Head Chef, guests were treated to a truly unique culinary experience.

Lyndey Milan OAM, one of Australia’s most recognised food and cooking show personalities headed the event as MC and Cure Cancer funded researcher Dr Liesel FitzGerald spoke beautifully about her experience and motivation as a young cancer researcher striving to make a difference. Thanks to the World’s Best Auctioneer, John Fink, and outstanding result was achieved in funds raised!
